Giveaway Rules
Eligibility: The contest is open to all California residents. The contestant should be above 18 years of age. Farm Supply employees and management are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is organized and governed solely by Farm Supply. This contest will run from 7:00am (PST) April 24th, 2025 to 1:00pm (PST) April 27th, 2025.
Rules: 1 picture in the comments = 1 entry. Winner will be contacted privately on April 27th, 2025 before announcement on Farm Supply’s Instagram and Facebook. (1) ProElite cooler, cup, and 3 supplements will given away and available for pick up at winner’s nearest Farm Supply.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Farm Supply as final and binding as it relates to the content of this contest.
Rights Granted by You: You understand and agree that Farm Supply, anyone acting on behalf of Farm Supply, and Farm Supply’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Contest, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
Terms & Conditions: Farm Supply reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond Farm Supply’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. In such case, Farm Supply may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Farm Supply. Farm Supply reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or violates these Terms & Conditions. Farm Supply has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to void entries for any reason. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta or ProElite company. We hereby release ProElite and Meta of any liability.
